2.Themes and Objectives
The purpose of this conference is to gather experts in numerical analysis and scientific computation to exchange ideas and to discuss future developments and trends of these fields. This international conference is dedicated to the memory of late Professor Ben-yu Guo (1942-2016), who has made outstanding contributions to numerical analysis and scientific computation.

A. Airplane: There are two international airports in Shanghai: Pudong Airport (PVG，浦东机场) and Hongqiao Airport (SHA，虹桥机场)
1) From Pudong Airport (PVG，浦东机场) to Shanghai Normal University(Xuhui District):
By taxi: about RMB 200.
By airport shuttle: take No. 7 Airport Bus to Shanghai South Railway Station (上海南站), then take a taxi. About RMB 40.
2) From Hongqiao Airport(SHA，虹桥机场) to Shanghai Normal University (Xuhui District):
By taxi: about RMB 50.
B. Train: There are three railway stations in Shanghai: Shanghai South Railway Station (上海南站)、Shanghai Railway Station (上海火车站) and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station (上海虹桥火车站)
1) Transportation from Shanghai South Railway Station (上海南站):
By taxi: Take about 4 minutes (about 14 RMB)
By walk: 20 minutes to the conference site.
2) Transportation from Shanghai Railway Station(上海火车站):
